Two-substance nozzles / compressed air - water treatment only optional. A dual-substance system is installed, which we as the manufacturer assemble on site and hand over ready for operation.
Using compressed air, drinking water is fed through STIELOW-JET nozzles from the waterworks to the nozzle tip and atomised into a fine mist.
Hygienic and practically maintenance-free, the system is controlled by a centralised control system and controller.
You own the entire facility - it is not rented. High rental costs are therefore completely eliminated.
1. STIELOW atomising nozzles D-Zw are fully material-turned, surface-tempered. The service life of this product is considerable and maintenance costs are minimal.
2 The complete seal set for a nozzle costs € 2.41. The recommended replacement interval is 12 months, the service life of the seal sets is at least 5 years.
3. the nozzles are mounted on structural light metal profiles and are positioned throughout the entire area. This results in a much faster humidification effect than is even possible with groups of nozzles, e.g. 12 nozzles at specific points. The adiabatic cooling factor is not perceived as disturbing due to the precise distribution of the nozzles in the room. Draughts are avoided.
4 STIELOW atomising nozzles D-Zw can be operated with demineralised water, or optionally with city water. The nozzles are self-cleaning and reliable. The modern internal geometry enables a reduced compressed air requirement. The nozzles operate quietly, but not silently. You own the entire system - it is not rented. High rental costs are therefore completely eliminated.
