The AIRDRY-Dehumat-report provides information about faults and the status of electrical systems in industry and buildings via lamps, signalling devices or text displays.
The AIRDRY Dehumat report can also be used to specify maintenance intervals for preventive maintenance. You can significantly shorten the troubleshooting process, particularly in the event of faults in machines and systems. This minimises the downtimes of your production systems and helps to save costs.
The AIRDRY-Dehumat-report ensures cost-effective monitoring of your dehumidifiers without a PLC.
You can easily connect the AIRDRY dehumidifier report to your signalling system using the corresponding potential-free contact on the dehumidifier.
Setting
Set the AIRDRY dehumate report 10 % above the desired maximum acceptable RH using the rotary knob.
If the value is exceeded, a fault message is sent via the potential-free contact. The fault message indicates that the dehumidifier is not working or is not working as specified. A function check should be carried out immediately. If it is a setting error or an error not directly related to the dehumidifier (e.g. power failure, flooding, sabotage or similar), it must be rectified by the operator. Otherwise, you are welcome to request service from STIELOW GmbH.
Installation
Connect the potential-free contact on the side of the housing with the enclosed connection plugs and connect to your signalling system
