STIELOW emphasises efficiency and customer proximity
Production takes place exclusively in Germany.
STIELOW dehumidifiers are produced in Germany and sold worldwide.
25 Gerätetypen in über 300 Ausstattungsvarianten sind lieferbar.
Research, development and design are carried out exclusively in-house. Even the first STIELOW dehumidifier was a speciality product and thus the basis for a variety of products for every application. The most favourable power consumption and highest water extraction rates form the basis for an extremely reliable and durable top product.
One milestone is the AIRDRY© product line in alu-frame-tec, which comes to the market with a wealth of advantages.
STIELOW products are diverse, special requests and customised designs offer an almost unlimited range of options. STIELOW dehumidifiers in special constructions for cruise ships, space research and international telecommunications have been just as convincing as special devices in special constructions for airfield fire-fighting vehicles at major international airports.
Time and again, it is the combination of research, development, production and sales that makes STIELOW dehumidifiers so successful.
We have been working to ensure that this remains the case - since 1952, so that STIELOW dehumidifiers can continue to lead the way with technology made in Germany.
In addition to the standard colours shown, 1,200 colours can be combined and supplied for an extra charge according to the colour fan selection, so that almost every customer wish can be fulfilled.
STIELOW dehumidifiers are manufactured in alu-frame-tec as standard. On request in sheet steel with GLASURIT high-solid paints on a full acrylic basis with between two and four final coats (depending on colour).
The following are used: hot-dip galvanised sheet metal, zinc ore sheet metal, aluminium sheet metal, non-ferrous and stainless steel metal parts. Coloured sheet metal is carefully chemically pre-treated and extensively primed.
The production of room air dehumidifiers in plastic housings has been discontinued to protect the environment.
The built-in heat exchangers (evaporators and condensers) are manufactured using high-quality copper alloys with increased wall thicknesses. Tube coil evaporators are self-cleaning. Their vertical arrangement ensures optimum water drainage. Condensers are finely finned for optimum heat dissipation.
Aggregate sealants can be supplied for special applications and aggressive air conditions (see price list for accessories/special equipment).
Device housings in V2A design are available. Please bear in mind that these devices are manufactured for special applications, e.g. for acid plants. VA metal parts tend to look unsightly and scratch after just a few days - even with the most careful handling and are therefore no alternative to anodised housings. It is therefore a purely functional design.
In addition to the extensive standard equipment, small appliances can also be upgraded for an additional charge. For example, an operating hours counter and attached castors (lockable) are always possible, and special carrying handles or crane hooks can be ordered.
Solid wall brackets are part of the programme - ARMSTRONG sound-absorbing versions are an option.
STIELOW dehumidifiers are available in a tropicalised version at a reduced price.
